Spicewood is a great central Austin location with convenient access to highways and downtown while still tucked into beautiful hills. Many of these homes built in the 90s need updates to modernize and bring more functionality and storage.

Goals for this project were to reimagine the kitchen/breakfast area to maximize storage and beautify, eliminating some awkward angles and sight lines. The bathroom was a simple update keeping the existing footprint but converting it to a walk-in shower with a more modern, clean feel. Kudos to Erin Luangrath who loved this remodel along through backorders and delays.
